Bugs

   * Error Can't call method "head" on an undefined value at line 1349.
      First reported by Hans Karlinius.

   * Someone mentioned that they had to change parse_nested_messages to
     extract_nested_messages. Maybe they are running a newer version of
     MIME::Parser that has changed.
     First reported by Derek Pizzagoni.

   * All messages always modified on Pilot (slows fast sync)?
